About us

ENERGOPROJEKT ® Zakład Doświadczalny began its activity in Poznań on Nałkowskiej Street 41 in 1958. We carried out the experimental unit production and short-run production of devices for Polish power plants.

In 1993 ENERGOPROJEKT® was transformed into a limited liability company and in 2010 moved its location to Palędzie near Poznań.

We still produce on the basis of our own documentation following devices:

RESISTANCE DEVICES – RESISTORS

Earthing resistors UR are designed for the long-lasting indirect neutral earthing in power grids of the average voltage. At the moment of the arising of the short circuit, voltage of the neutral point of the grid jerkily grows. Resistors are considerably limiting the level of the earth-short-circuit current.

Devices are made in versions: overhead, inside and for installation in cabinet (without covers). Current input of the resistor can be supplied with seal wire SPN/SP or insulated fast-on connector (e.g. by PFISTERER, by EUROMOLD and etc.). Output as a standard is supplied with the SP seal wire. For versions installed inside the cabinet on the input and on the output are applied clamps with flat screws for linking conductor bars.

Devices can be settled on wheels (standard), on feet, vibration insulators or runners. Versions for installation in cabinets have the individual ways of fixing for example adapted for the switchgear.

Earthing resistors URO are designed for the indirect neutral earthing in power grids of the average voltage. The URO resistor has an inside switch, thanks to which it is possible to detach the SN seal wire from the resistance section of the device. The switch is being supported by hand from outside and has outputs being used to give the information about the state of the switch (connected / disconnected).

Devices are made in overhead or installed inside versions. Current input of the resistor can be supplied with seal wire SPN/SP or insulated fast-on connector (e.g. by PFISTERER, by EUROMOLD and etc.). The output as a standard is supplied with the SP seal wire. Devices can be settled on wheels (standard), on feet, vibration insulators or runners.

Forcing resistors URS are designed for forcing the flow of the active component of earth short-circuit current in power grids, in the time needed for working of earth-short-circuit securities. The URS resistor is supplied with the vacuum contractor and is being chilled with air in a natural way. It can be applied interchangeably with the AWPd resistor with the oil cooling.

Devices are made in overhead or installed inside versions (without covers). Current input of the resistor can be supplied with SPN/SP seal wire or insulated fast-on connector (e.g. by PFISTERER, by EUROMOLD and etc. ). The output as a standard is supplied with the SP seal wire. Devices can be settled on wheels (standard), on feet, vibration insulators or runners. Versions for installing in cabinets have the individual ways of fixing e.g. adapted for the switchgear.

Forcing resistors AWPd with connector are designed for forcing the flow of the active component of earth short-circuit current in compensated power grids with voltage of 15 and 20 kV, in the time needed for working of earth-short-circuit securities. The forced active component of this current definitely improves working conditions of earth-short-circuit securities. The AWPd resistor is equipped with an internal electromagnetic connector and is chilled with transformer oil.

Devices can work in overhead or indoor condition. Current input of the resistor can be supplied with the PTp seal wire or insulated fast-on connector (e.g. by PFISTERER, by EUROMOLD and etc. ). Devices can be settled on wheels (standard), or vibration insulators.

Short-circuit security resistors ROZ are designed for long-lasting, indirect neutral earthing of the generator. Resistors can have tappings that enable the change of the resistance.

Input and output of individual resistance tappings can constitute: SN seal wire, screw clamps for connecting the wire finished with the box spanner end or flat clamps with screws for linking conductor bars. Devices can be settled on feet (standard), or wheels. Versions for installation in cabinets have the individual ways of fixing for example adapted for the switchgear.

Additional load resistors are applied with the purpose of additional loading of the voltage transformer core (RDn) or current transformer (RDp), for keeping the required class of accuracy of the measurement system that contains mentioned above transformers. Applying the resistor results from the fact of taking by contemporary measurement systems the minute power, while the measuring transformers have a guaranteed class of accuracy for loads in the scope from the 25% up to the 100% of the rated power. The above mentioned resistor is suitable to fulfill such a condition.

Rr resistors are designed for starting-up of electric engines in hoisting devices, transport devices and etc. Resistors are produced in versions: overhead, indoor and for installing in cabinets (without covers) and their structure enables to join them into packages that contain 3 units (only one for every phase).

Devices have tappings that enable to change of the resistance. The input and output of individual resistance tappings are screw clamps for connecting the wire ended with the lug to lug terminal.

Rower resistors RM among other things are designed for simulating the load of the electric machines (e.g. to load of power generators) or for working in measurement systems. One of the examples can be applying the power resistor in devices designed for making tests on the traction line. RM resistors can have one resistance value or can have tappings that enable its change.

Devices are made in versions: overhead, indoor and installing in cabinets (without covers). Power input and output are equipped with capacity insulators. For those versions installed in cabinets, on the input and output flat clamps with screws for linking conductor bars are applied.

Signalling devices

They are designed for installing in switchgears indoor of alternating current to rated voltages of 12 kV, 17,5 kV and 24 kV in order to signal voltages on switchgear bars.

Insulators are designed for cooperation with sockets of GWN 1 and GWN 2 voltage indicator and WN 1 voltage indicators. Scope of the operating temperature: -15 ÷ +40°C.

Sockets of GWN type and WN 1 indicators are designed for installing in indoor switchgears for rated voltages from 7,2 up to 24 kV.

Sockets with indicators are designed for cooperation with stand-off insulators with voltage divider.

Switched on neon lamps of indicators signalize the existence of voltage on the switchgear bars.

Sockets are produced in the insulating casing made of plastics and equipped with micro-switch.

Sockets are produced in two types: GWN 1 as the basic socket of the signalling system for the assembly on the front panel of the switchgear in the basic variant and GWN 2 as the transmission socket of the signalling system for to build in together with the GWN 1 socket in the variant widened with additional point of signalling. Scope of the operating temperature: -5 ÷ +40̊C.

Unification in the basic variant, consisting of three insulators, one GWN 1 socket and three WN 1 indicators, give the information about the voltage existence on the switchgears bars that is taken away on the front panel.

Unification in the widened variant, that includes additionally the GWN 2 socket with three WN 1 indicators, enables to put information about the existence of the voltage both on the front panel, as well as in the other chosen place.

Data sheet order

Attachment that controls the devices of the switchgears is designed for operating in automation systems, e.g. for blocking the switching on the earthing switch when even on the one of the phases on the switchgear bars the voltage exists. If voltage on bars in all of the three phases disappears, then switch-over of the contact of the transmitter in the attachment and sending information to the further automation systems will take place.

The attachment is adapted for the cooperation with three insulators that have voltage dividers built in. To the inputs of the attachment are send AC current signals with the value to c 0,25 mA.

The casing of the attachment is made of plastics. The front panel is equipped with shining LED diodes: - 3 red inform that the voltage exists on the switchgear bars in individual phases;
- 3 red inform that the voltage exists on the switchgear bars in individual phases;
- 2 green: one informs attachment about the power supply, the second informs attachment about working out the inner transmitter of the attachment.

In case of the lack of power supply of the attachment, contacts of the transmitter are in the location which meets the voltage existence on the switchgear bars. The attachment is adapted to the assembly on the standard bar of 35 mm.

Systems of revolutions control are designed mainly for applying them in the field of automation for securing operation of the devices with sequential control such as: belt conveyors, crushers, mills. Devices can also be applied for inspections of revolutions of devices working independently such as hydraulic turbines and other of this type.

System of control of revolutions consists of: revolution sensor type C and the indicator of revolutions of the SO type.

Revolution sensors type C

Revolution sensors C of type consists of: field magnet, adapter rings and coil. Field magnet can be fixed to the steel adapter half ring or directly to the element of the whirling device.

Depending on the manufacturing version the coil is adapted for fixing on the immovable shaft of the device or for fixing to the casing of the bearing or other motionless element of the device.

The voltage caused by whirling field magnet is induced in the coil.

Revolution signalling devices type SO

The revolution signaling device is an electronic system which informs about lowering of the controlled revolutions of devices towards the set threshold value. Signalling devices are produced in the casing made of plastics or metal.

Basic technical data:

The supply voltage depending on the type amounts 24 V AC, DC or 220 V AC. In the version without outside supply there is a sensor as the power supply.
The initial system depending on the type can be equipped in: contact transmitter, BF 259 transistor or R 15 transmitter.
Distance of the sensor from the revolution signaling device of max 10 m.
Scope of the operating temperature -5 ÷ +40 ̊C

Pressure devices

The device is used for cooling, pressure reducing, regulation of outflow intensity and cleaning of possible permanent pollutants; of water samples or samples of water vapour and overheated water vapour, taken for physical and chemical analyses from wires and boiler drums of energy pots.

Devices are produced in three variants:

Variant 1 A

Device for constant analysis with regulated productivity of the cooled factor. The devices consists of: CP 3 radiator, net filter FS 1, pressure reducer RC 1 A-E and thermal fuse of the flow TB 1.

Variant 2A-2E

Device for constant analysis with constant productivity of the cooled factor. The device consists of: CP 3 radiator, net filter FS 1, pressure reducer RC 1 A-E and thermal fuse of the flow TB 1.

Variant 3A-3E

Device for periodic analysis with constant productivity of the cooled factor. The device consists of: CP 3 radiator and pressure reducer RC 1 A-E.

The manufacturer delivers completed devices as well as separately individual sets.

Radiators of the type CP2-15 and CP2-20, are intended to cool water samples or samples of water vapour, taken in the constant or periodic way from wires or boiler drums of energy pots for physicochemical analyses. A coil made of the acid-resistant pipe, but the other elements of the radiator are made of ordinary quality of steel and covered with epoxy coatings.

The radiator of the type CP 3 is intended to cool water samples or samples of water vapour, taken in the constant or periodic way from wires or boiler drums of energy pots for physicochemical analyses. A coil is a basic structural component of the radiator. Coil, container of the radiator with the lid and with all service wires are made of the acid-resistant steel.

The radiator is equipped with the thermometer and the safety valve. It is the basic component of the DEVICE FOR TAKING WATER SAMPLES AND WATER VAPOUR FROM ENERGY POTS FOR PHYSICOCHEMICAL TESTING produced in our factory. It can be applied both in the above mentioned device as well as independently. The radiator is adapted to the cooling with motor water or dematerialized.

The filter is designed for filtration of condensate taken up from wires or boiler drums of energy pots for physicochemical analyses. It is adapted mainly for the cooperation with the pressure reducer of the type RC 1, however it can be applied as the independently operating device.

The filter consists of the body with the filtering sub-assembly fixed in its interior. The filtering sub-assembly is a one assembling unit which after screwing a nut can be taken out outside and cleansed of the dirt.

Elements of the filter encountering the condensate are made of the acid-resistant steel.

Pressure reducer is designed for pressure throttling and throttling the flow rate of water samples and condensate water vapour sampled for physicochemical tests from water and water-steam circuits of power boilers with a high power.

The mail element of the reducer is the body, in which there is fixed reducing cone with two backward spiral groove with different width and depth cut on the circuit. Reducing cone is stopped on the both sides by closing crew. Input and output connections are fixed tightly to the frame of the reducer. Connection pipe is tightened by the washers and gaskets. Connections are adapted for welding to the installation for taking water and steam samples. Elements of the reducer which have contact with condensate are made of acid resistant steel.

The control valve is used to regulate the rate of flow of condensate by the pressure reducer RC1 from the nominal value to zero value

In the body of the valve on the spindle with the knob there is fixed a head cooperating with the valve socket which ensures fluent and precise regulation of productivity of the valve.

Location of the head towards socket of the valve is stabilized by a blocking knob.

The valve has a double system of the spindle sealing, ensuring the tightness of the valve and safety of the service.

Elements of the valve encountering condensate are made of the acid-resistant steel.

Thermal fuse of the flow TB 1 is intended for protecting analyzers against damage, in case of the excessive temperature rise of condensate.

The fuse is adapted for cooperation with the radiator and the pressure reducer. The fuse consists of two sub-assemblies: the outflow connector pipe made of the acid-resistant steel, at the bottom of which the nut is fastened with fuse-element and the funnel with the built in overflow container being used to detect smelted metal from the fuse-element.

The funnel has a blow-down pipe.

Measuring devices

Converters are intended to convert the secondary current of the current transformer to the constant current and to send measured values for a distance to 20 km.

The PNPb-4 converter consists of the casing made of plastics, in which electronic components are filled hermetically with resin and connected to clamps which are fixed on the base shielded with lid.

The PNPb-4b converter is intended for fastening on the bar.

Converters don't require the additional power source.

Converters are intended for the selective, remote measurement of the alternating current of engines of the various technological devices, in particular the engines of devices of energy blocks of the great power.

Converters are adapted to the cooperation with current transformers and with measuring devices calibrated in per cents, that is common for all drives that are operated from the given station of selective control.

Converters consist of the casing made of plastics inside of which electronic components filled hermetically with resin are put for. From the casing are leaded outside a knob of the potentiometer and ends of wires are connected with clamps that are fixed on the base.

PThe PNWP-1a converter is equipped with the socket of the type GZU 8 intended to fasten on the bar.

Converters don't require the additional power source.

Insulating supporting element is designed for fixing the solid conductor in nn switchgears, type RT-1.

Insulating support element is made of a polyester molding composition - Estrodur-glass type.

Cable bar is mounted between the sets of complex insulating support elements that are bolted to the construction of the switchgear with bolts M8.
